Antonio was always thinking about making history with West Ham. West Ham forward Mikhail Antonio has opened up about the club’s most Premier League goals. Point to something that is already in your head and trying.

The 31-year-old scored twice in West Ham’s 4-1 win over Leicester City and holds the club’s all-time Premier League record of 49 goals, surpassing Paulo Di Cardio’s 47. 

Antonio opened up after the game: “It’s clear. In the first half I thought I was a bit overwhelmed, but in the second half I was able to do my job.”

“You have to try and be professional. I try to make history So it’s always in my head.”

“I haven’t celebrated the goal lately because of VAR, so I think I have to make it a little special.”

“We have a group of players. and is consistent And all we can do is continue to collect points. We’ve never taken the lead in the seven years I’ve been here. So I have to have some fun.”
